Abstract
This Order, composed of 4 articles, establishes the fishing quotas’ maximum daily limits for fishing with "berbigoeiro” gears in “Ria de Aveiro”, the delta area of the Vouga River. The Order defines the fishing quotas according to the type of fish, fishing vessel and fishing licence. Finally, the order stipulates that the selection and return to the water of fish species must be carried out immediately after their capture and shall not be undertaken close to fishing ports.
