Order No. 136/94 approving the Statute of producers and distributors of forestry seed associations.

This Order, divided into 13 paragraphs, establishes that any person or authorized public or private entity may participate in the production of certified forestry seeds (para. 1). Such authorization contemplates the following categories: producer of selected seeds, producer of controlled seeds, producer of seed originating from non-tested orchard seeds and distributor of seeds (paras. 2 and 3). The entities interested in obtaining such authorization have to apply to the Institute of Forestry (IF) (para. 4). Authorizations are valid for one year from the date of concession or renewal (para. 9).
