Abstract
This Decree-Law is divided into 5 articles. It implements EC Council Directive No. EC/66/404 of 14 June (and amendments) on the placing on the market of forestry propagative materials and on quality standards for imports between EC countries (art. 1). Technical rules for the execution shall be regulated by the Ministry of Agriculture and of Commerce and Tourism (art. 2). Article 3 establishes competencies relating to certification controls and monitoring implementation. Articles 4 and 5 deal with penalties and offences.
