Order No. 134/94 approving the Regulation on the placing on the market of forestry propagative materials.

This Order is divided into 6 articles and 6 annexes. Article 1, paragraph 1, establishes the species to which it applies (listed in annex I); as well as the species having special national interest (listed in annex II). Article 2 establishes marketing categories. Articles 3 and 4 specify certain technical functions of the Forestry Institute (IF). Packaging, labelling and certification criteria are mentioned in articles 5 and 6. Annex III lists the requirements for the admission of selected propagative materials. Annex IV lists testing requirements for the admission of materials used in the production of controlled propagative materials. Annex V lists detailed requirements that seeds, plants or their parts must satisfy. Annex VI illustrates a model application form for certificates of origin and identification.
