Abstract
This Order approves the technical norms necessary for the execution of Decree-Law No. 216/2001, 3 August, regarding production, control certification and commercialisation of potato seed. This Order is constituted of one Annex divided into 8 articles which refer to article 24 of Decree-Law No. 216/2001, 3 August.
Article 1) productor title attribution; 2) conditions regarding potato seed selection; 3) enrolment and field planting; 4) fields inspection; 5) destruction of the boughs; 6) harvesting and storage; 7) picking, calibration and tubercle packing and 8) picking and new certification.
