Order No. 66/2017 amending Order No. 629/2009 and Order No. 171/2011 on dredge and trawl fishing activity.

This Order establishes the following amendments: a) the twelfth amendment to the Regulation of trawl fishing activity, republished by Order No. 349/2013 of 29 November, and amended by Order No. 122-A/2015, of 4 May; b) the third amendment to Order No. 629/2009 of 8 June, as amended by Order No. 170/2011 of 27 April, and 170-A/2014 of 27 August, reviewing the conditions for dredge fishing in the North Western area; c) the second amendment of Order No. 171/2011, of 27 April, amended by Order No. 170-A/2014, reviewing the conditions for dredge fishing in the Southern area. Amendments establish administrative and legal proceedings, such as: that until the end of December 2017, the capture, maintenance on board and landing of Pod razor and Bean razor clam species (Ensis siliqua and Pharus legumen) is prohibited.Fishing is authorized from 7 pm Sunday to 10 am Saturday; And between 15 July and 15 September and between 15 December and 15 January, allocates 2100 kg of surf clam (Spisula solida) per week, subject to a maximum of 1050 kg per day, and for the remainder of the year , 1800 kg per week, subject to a maximum of 900 kg per day; 200 kg per day of Donax clams; 100 kg per day of Ensis clams; 750 kg per day of other bivalves.
