Abstract
This text (taking into account the actual need to harmonize the Romanian national legislation with the Council Directive no. 2002/53 / EC on the common catalog of varieties of plants published in the Official Journal of the European Communities no. L 193 of 20/07/2002 and Commission Regulation no. 930/2000 of 4 May 2000 establishing implementing rules on the eligibility of the variety denominations of agricultural plant species and vegetables) sets the rules and procedures regarding the tests and necessary registration of varieties of agricultural plants.
This text determines all rules and procedures for all participants in above mentioned activities, including the administrative forms and guidelines (see full Annex attached to this text).
