Abstract
This Order set the amending provisions that will affect several technical issues and administrative procedures and requirements (also the relations with related protocols of the Community Plant Variety Office) contained in the Annexes of the Order of the Minister of Agriculture, Forests and Rural Development no. 1.348 of 23 December 2005 approval of the rules on testing and registration of varieties of agricultural plants and of the Order of the Minister of Agriculture, Forests and Rural Development no. 1349/2005 for the approval of Rules on the testing and registration of vegetable varieties.
