Abstract
This Order (taking into account the actual need to harmonize the Romanian national legislation with the Council Directive 2002/55 / EC of 13 June 2002 on the marketing of vegetable seed) sets the correct procedures and requirements for the performance of necessary tests and mandatory registration of varieties of cultivated vegetable plants (vegetables).
This text determines that, if a specific variety of vegetable seed is already certified in one or more that one European Union member state, it is possible to marketed without previous analysis and registration on the territory of Romania.
The annex is also part of this publication (containing administrative forms and related guidelines).
