Abstract
This Order of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which refers to article 11 of the Emergency Ordinance on fisheries and aquaculture of 2008 (as amended) and provisions of legislation concerning fisheries administration, provides with respect to technical specifications ad requirements for fishing gear, equipment or commercial fishing methods. The requirements are specified in the Schedule and shall apply to gear, equipment and methods for both marine and inland fisheries, including also traditional fishing methods.
