Abstract
This Order of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development sets out, in the Annex, the technical characteristics, the conditions of use of the gear authorized for commercial fishing; methods of commercial fishing in sea and inland waters. Use of other gear, equipment or methods for commercial fishing other than those established by this Order is prohibited. It specifies also means of artisanal fishing. More specifically, the Annex sets out technical specifications for fishing gear and conditions for the use of fishing gear.
