Abstract
This Order of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development amends and supplements Order No. 449/2008 concerning the technical characteristics, the conditions for using gear admissible for commercial fishing and the commercial fishing methods in marine and continental waters. That order principally lays down, in the Annex, technical specifications and conditions of use for gear and equipment used in marine and inland commercial fishing. The amendments and additional provisions concern submersible (purse) seine nets.
