Regulation amending the Regulation on incentives for investments in physical property of agricultural holdings for the construction and furnishing of facilities for the improvement of primary agricultural production.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on incentives for investments in physical property of agricultural holdings for the construction and furnishing of facilities for the improvement of primary agricultural production (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 29/2018, and already amended in Gazettes 30/2018 and 27/2019).
Changes are related to the cancellation of the term “refrigerator in the plus mode” (article 2, item 4); in article 3 (paragraph 3, item 1) the terms “cattle and livestock” are added, in relation to the incentives that can be obtained; after the item 4 of the same paragraph, a new item 4a is also added (construction of aquaculture facility); in article 6, paragraph 3, item 2 is deleted; in article 8, item 3 is also deleted; in article 14 the amount of certain incentives is modified.
This text further amends the contents of the Annex (updated List of acceptable investments).
