Regulation on incentives for investments in physical property of agricultural holdings for the construction and furnishing of facilities for the improvement of primary agricultural production.

This Regulation determines the types of incentives for the support programmes related to the necessary improvement of the effective competitiveness of primary agricultural production (here regarding fruits/vegetables; aquaculture; breeding of live animals/farming) on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
This Regulation further closely sets the: conditions, the way of exercising the rights to request and obtain such state incentives; necessary administrative request forms; limits/maximum amount of incentives per single user and per single type of incentive.
These incentives are here intended for the construction and equipping of facilities part of agricultural holdings engaged in the production/processing of primary agricultural (physical property, also for family farming; rural smallscale breeders, rural areas).
