Regulation on incentives for investments in physical assets of agricultural holdings for the construction and equipping of facilities for the improvement of primary agricultural production.

This Regulation prescribes the types of incentives for supporting programs related to improving competitiveness through incentives for investments in physical assets of agricultural holdings for the construction and equipping of facilities for the improvement of primary agricultural production, conditions, the manner of exercising the right to incentives, the application form for exercising the right to incentives, as well as the maximum amounts of incentives per beneficiary and per individual type of incentive. The incentives (listed in detail in the Annex) include support for the following programs: 1) incentives for the program to support investments in the construction and equipping of facilities for the improvement of primary fruit and vegetable production; 2) incentives for the program to support investments in the construction and equipping of facilities for the improvement of primary livestock production (also aquaculture).
