Regulation amending the Regulation on the maximum allowed quantities of residues of plant protection products in food and feed and on food and feed for which the maximum permitted quantities of residues of plant protection product.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the maximum allowed quantities of residues of plant protection products in food and feed and on food and feed for which the maximum permitted quantities of residues of plant protection product (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 22/2018, and already amended in the Gazette 90/2018).
Changes are related to the modified contents of the Annex 5 setting maximum levels of certain contaminants in food and feed of plant and animal origin, more precisely in Chapter II on maximum quantities of certain contaminants, Section 2 on Mycotoxins, subsection 2.1. Aflatoxins, in point 2.1.13, the words in the column: "by 30 November 2019 ”shall be replaced by the words:“ by 30 November 2020 ”, and the words: “from 1 December 2019” shall be replaced by the words: “from 1 December 2020".
