Regulation on the maximum permitted amounts of residues of plant protection products in food and feed.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on plant protection products, determines the maximum permitted amounts of residues of plant protection products in food and feed. The provisions of this text do not apply to products of plant and animal origin which can be proven to be intended for the production of products other than food or feed, for sowing or planting or for testing of active substances. The provisions of this text further will not apply to food and feed for which the maximum permitted levels of residues of plant protection products (intended for export) are determined in the case when the importing country requires or allows treatment of products before export in order to prevent the introduction of harmful organisms into its territory.
