Regulation on the maximum allowed quantities of residues of plant protection products in food and feed and on food and feed for which the maximum permitted quantities of residues of plant protection product.

This Regulation here prescribes the maximum permitted quantities of residues of plant protection products in food and animal feed, and also determines which food and feed are subject to such provisions and limits.
These provisions shall not apply: to products of plant and animal origin that are not intended for the production of food and/or feed; to plantings aimed for examination of active substances in accordance with relevant laws; to products intended to foreign markets with different needs and rules.
