Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the annual amount of packaging waste (classification of type) for which the downloading space must be granted, its collection, sorting and temporary storage.
The measures provided by this Regulation determines that the manufacturer, importer, packer/filler and supplier (on the territory of the Republic of Serbia) shall provide space for download, collection, sorting and temporary storage of packaging waste if the total annual amount of packaging waste (glass, paper, cardboard and multilayered packaging, composite materials, metal, plastic, wood, and other packaging materials) exceeds 100 tons.
