Regulation on the conditions that must be met by an authorized marker, as well as the program of professional training of breeders for marking domestic animals.

This Regulation prescribes the conditions that must be met by legal and natural person that figures as an authorized animal marker (approved and registered as in accordance with the provisions of article 2 of this text). This text further specifies the programme of professional training of breeders for marking of domestic live animals. Authorized animal marker has to provide all necessary computer equipment (computer and printer) for access to the Central Base, internet connection, as well as equipment for implanting of animal markings. Different recognized manners for marking domestic animals are listed as follows: 1) ear tags for cattle, sheep, goats, pigs; 2) microchips for dogs, cats and ungulates; 3) plates for marking bee colonies.
