Regulation on the control and certification in organic production and organic production methods.

This Regulation prescribes all necessary conditions to be fulfilled by the Control organization when performing various tasks of control and certification in organic production sector on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, in terms of concrete practices (certified) methods of organic (plant and livestock production), including the length of the conversion period in crop and livestock production, the manner of control in organic production and measures to control the authorized organizations conducting the production of organic products, content and form of the records kept by the authorized control organization, as well as the manner of keeping such records, the contents and form of summary records, technological procedures of processing in organic production, ingredients, additives and auxiliary substances that are used in the processing of organic products, cleaning methods and cleaning technologies, marks and appearance of the national character of organic products, as well as the manner of storage and transport of organic products.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
