Abstract
This Regulation officially defines and establishes the criteria for the calculation of charges for packaging or packaged product on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, and exemption from payment of these fees, bond payments, as well as the manner of calculation and payment of fees.
The fee (compensation) for packaging or packaged product that after use becomes packaging waste shall be calculated and paid for produced and imported packaging or packaged product that will be placed on the market for the first time.
