Regulation establishing the Annual Programme for post-registration control of plant protection products for 2019.

This Regulation establishes the Annual Programme for the post-registration control of plant protection products, here programmed for the year 2019, and relayed to the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
This Annual programme, which full text is part of this publication, shall include: food of vegetable and of animal origin sampling plan, type and number of programmed samples, method of sampling and testing, sampling dynamics, as well as measures taken to determine that residues are not excessing the prescribed maximum level of plant protection products residues.
The aim for the implementation of the above mentioned programme is to determines the attendance and level of residues of plant protection products, as in accordance with the prescribed maximum residue levels. The implementation of the Annual Programme also points to collect data that shall be used for analyze the risks for each category of food, and irregularities in food of plant and animal origin that does not meet the necessary requirements.
