Abstract
This Regulation specifies the terms and rules of incentive programmes for the diversification of income and improvement of quality of life in rural areas through the support for young farmers.
This text further provides for conditions and manner of exercising rights to such incentives, including the administrative proceeding and necessary forms, as well as the maximum amount of payable incentives per each suitable user.
The Annex is part of this publication (list of incentives and acceptable investments; and administrative forms).
