Regulation on incentives for investments in physical assets of agricultural holdings through support for the establishment of perennial production vine plantations.

This Regulation determines the types of incentives for investments in the physical assets of agricultural holdings through support for the establishment of perennial production vine plantations, among necessary conditions, methods of exercising the right to incentives, related application forms for exercising such right to incentives, including terms regarding the maximum amount of incentives per incentive single eligible beneficiary and per type of individual measure. Incentives for the establishment of multi-year production vine plantations include incentives for: 1) physical and chemical soil analysis with recommendations for fertilizing the soil for planting; 2) development of a viticultural project; 3) preparation, cultivation of the soil, digging planting holes and planting (soil preparation); 4) procurement of grapevine seedlings; 5) procurement of supports for production plantings, i.e. procurement of stakes for grapevine plantations with domesticated varieties grown with traditional cultivation methods.
