Regulation on incentives for investments in physical assets of agricultural holdings through support for the establishment of perennial production vineyards.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on incentives in agriculture and rural development, determines the types of incentives for physical assets of agricultural holdings through support for raising perennial vineyards. This text provides for detailed conditions, manner of exercising the right to incentives, application form for exercising the right to incentives, as well as maximum incentive amount per single user and for each type of incentive measure. Incentives for raising perennial production plantations are incentives for: 1) physical-chemical analysis of the soil with the recommendation of fertilization of the soil for planting; 2) preparation of viticultural projects; 3) preparation, cultivation of land, digging pits for planting and planting (land preparation); 4) procurement of grapevine seedlings; 5) procurement of backrests for production orchards.
