Regulation on incentives for investments in physical assets of agricultural holdings through support for the establishment of perennial fruit and hop plantations.

This Regulation determines the types of incentives for investments in the physical assets of agricultural holdings through support for the establishment of multi-year production plantations of fruit trees and hops, the conditions, the method of exercising the right to incentives, the application form for exercising the right to incentives, as well as the maximum amount of incentives per incentive beneficiary and per type of individual measure. Incentives for the establishment of multi-year production plantations of fruit trees and hops include incentives for: 1) procurement of fruit tree and hop seedlings; 2) procurement of supports for production plantations of fruit trees and hops; 3) preparation, tillage, digging of planting holes and planting (soil preparation), i.e. for the procurement of substrate with a certificate for production plantations of blueberries and/or raspberries, with planted seedlings of blueberries and/or raspberries in pots/bags, as well as substrate for classic plantations of blueberries and/or raspberries on banks; 4) chemical soil analysis with a recommendation for fertilizing the soil for planting, i.e. testing the mechanical composition of the soil (soil analysis).
