Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on incentives in agriculture and rural development, prescribes necessary conditions and rules as regards the incentives for programmes that are aimed at improvement of competitiveness, which include investments in physical assets of agricultural holdings through encouraging the establishment of multi-year production plantations of fruit trees and hops, types of incentives, conditions, the method of exercising the right to incentives, the request form for realization rights to incentives, the maximum amount per user of incentives and per individual type of incentive. Incentives include support for programmes related to: 1) support for the establishment of new production plantations with modern technology for growing fruit trees and hops, without leaning and with leaning; 2) preparation of the land for the raising of productive plantations as specified in point 1.
