Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on incentives in agriculture and rural development, determines the types of incentives for investments in processing and marketing of agricultural and food products in the sector of production of spirits (strong alcoholic beverages), including conditions, manner of exercising the right to incentives, application form for exercising the right to incentives, as well as maximum amounts of incentives per single user and per each type of measure.
