Regulation on incentives for investments in processing and marketing of agricultural and food products and fishery products for the procurement of equipment in the milk, meat, wine, beer and strong alcoholic beverages sector.

This Regulation determines the types of incentives for agricultural investment programmes for the improvement of competitiveness, which includes support for investments in processing and marketing of agricultural, food products and fishery products for the procurement of equipment in the milk, meat, wine, beer and alcoholic beverages production sector on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, including several conditions, manner of exercising the right to obtain such incentives.
This text further provides for request forms for incentives, and sets the maximum related amounts.
The Annex is also part of this text (List of incentives for investments in milk processing and marketing in the milk processing sector; List of incentives for investment in meat processing and marketing in the meat processing sector; List of incentives for investments in the production of wine, beer and strong alcoholic beverages, as well as in marketing of the wine sector; several administrative forms for requesting the right to obtain incentives for investments; and List of members of the cooperative).
