Abstract
This Regulation determines the types of incentive programmes for improving the general competitiveness that includes investments in physical assets of agricultural households by encouraging the raising of perennial plantations of fruit trees, vines and hops, including the conditions, manner of exercising the right to obtain such incentives, and sets the maximum amount per user.
Incentives for raising production shall include different support programmes, related to the: support for raising new production plants/plantations with modern technology for the cultivation of fruit trees, vines and hops (with and without the backrest physical support for plant growth); preparation of land for raising the production plantations.
Basic elements of incentive programmes are as follows: procurement of seedlings of fruit trees, vines and hops; purchase of necessary planting additional materials; preparation, cultivation of soil, digging and planting; chemical soil analysis with recommendation for correct fertilization procedures.
