Abstract
This Regulation determines the detailed indications, manner and related procedures as regards the necessary marking and registration of pigs (swine) on the territory if the republic of Serbia. This text further defines the minimum number of official controls, risk analysis criteria for the performance of such live animal marking, as well as the content of the annual report on conducted official controls over the implemented markings and related registration of pigs. Marking and registration of pigs is a permanent marking procedure for pigs made in a manner that offers their full identify, including issues on the registration of such markings and related animals into the single information system (see article 3 for the list of data that is collected and submitted for each breed/animal).
The Annex is part of this publication (containing list of related standards to be applied on marking and animal ears tags, including references of the International Committee for Animal Recording; and set of administrative forms and reporting sheets).
