Regulation on the manner of packaging, declaring and labelling still wine, some special wines and other products in production and trade.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on wine, sets the manner of packaging, declaring and labelling of wine for production and trade (both internal and international) purposes, namely still wine, liqueur wine, sparkling wine, quality sparkling wine, quality aromatic sparkling wine, aerated wine, semi-sparkling wine, lightly aerated wine, wine from dried grapes, wine from overripe grapes and other products, namely shire or wine must and deriving fermented products.
The Annex is part of this publication (Annex 1 - Vine varieties that can be used for the production of quality aromatic sparkling wine; Annex 2 - Names of wine-growing geographical production areas in the Republic of Serbia that can be used as geographical indications; Annex 3 - Geographical indications with which it is not necessary to indicate the designation of quality category; Annex 4 - Terms used when declaring sweetness/part A and part B/; Annex 5 - List of ingredients that can cause allergic reactions; Annex 6 - Pictograms to indicate the presence of sulphites, eggs and egg and milk products and milk products; Annex 7 - Products added in the production of liqueur wines; Annex 8 - Grapevine varieties whose names or synonyms may be mentioned when declaring products without geographical origin; Annex 9 - Additional designations for wines with a geographical origin from the Republic of Serbia; Annex 10 - Traditional designations and recognized traditional names for wines originating in the European Union; Annex 11 - Symbols of the European Union for quality wine category designations of geographical origin; Annex 12 - List of specific types of bottles reserved for wines with a specific geographical indication.
