Abstract
This Regulation determines the method of packaging, declaring and labelling of wine, namely still wine, liqueur wine, sparkling wine, quality sparkling wine, quality aromatic sparkling wine, carbonated wine, semi-sparkling wine, slightly carbonated wine, wine from raisined grapes, wine from overripe grapes and other products, namely must, partially fermented must, concentrated must and new wine in fermentation (wine products in general), in production and trade. Full set of technical provisions and indication sheets is attached in the Annex of this text.

Entry into force notes
This text entered into force on the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, except for the provisions of Article 22, item 5) and Article 28 which shall apply from the date of accession of the Republic of Serbia to the European Union. The provision of Article 6, paragraph 3 shall apply until 31 March 2024, the provision of Article 30, paragraph 5 shall apply until 31 December 2027, and the provision of Article 17, paragraph 2, item 2) will be valid until the date of accession of the Republic of Serbia to the European Union.
