Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the exact manner for determining the concrete amount of damage made by users of fishing areas (entrepreneur or individual) if fishing contrary to the provisions of the Law on the protection and sustainable use of fish resources ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 36/2009), and the amount of compensation to pay.
