Regulation on the method of determining and on the compensation amount for the damage to the fish stock.

This Regulation prescribes the manner for determining the compensation and manner for determining the correct amount of the same, as regards the environmental penalties to be paid as compensation for the damage of fish stocks present on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
The amount of compensation for above mentioned damage shall be determined depending on the type of fish stock that was damaged.
Article 3 sets the rules as regards the damage compensation for each specimen of fish that was catch below its minimum size; article 4 determines the amount of damage compensation as regards the damage to the fish fund occurred as a result of disturbance of physical, chemical and biological characteristics of fishing water; construction, reconstruction and changes in the regime of water management facilities; installations on the fishing waters; installation of fences or obstacles on the fishing water line.
