Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary rules and requirements (in terms of health and safety, marking rules, packaging and labelling, marketing issues and standards, and other) related to the dietetic products (dietary and special diet foodstuff).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enter into force eight days after its publication in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", except for the provisions of article 6 that will enter into force on 31 December 2011.
