Decree No. 1 of the Federal Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Certification regarding putting into effect of the Regulation on certification of drugs.

The Regulation defines concretely the modalities of certification of animal drugs and veterinary preparations with the consideration of the specifics and principles of the compulsory certification of veterinary drugs and preparations. The present Regulation is applicable either to compulsory or to voluntary certification of drugs and veterinary preparations. The Regulation consists of 4 Sections. Section 1 specifies the sphere of application of the Regulation. Section 2 lays down the general provisions. Section 3 determines the modalities of certification. Section 4 deals with the inspection of the certified products. The Annex containes certification scheme.
