Decree No. 11 of 1998 of the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Certification regarding the validation the Regulation on the system of certification GOST R.

This document sets up the sphere of application, principles, structure and regulation of the system of certification GOST R, elaborated by the State Committee for standardization, Metrology and Certification (GOSSTANDART ROSSII) in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On certification of produce and service" and other legislative acts that oblige GOSSTANDART ROSSII to carry out obligatory certification of produce and service. This Decree validates the Regulation on the system of certification GOST R. The Regulation consists of III parts. Part I lays down the general provisions. Part II regards the structure of the system of certification GOST R, its functions and its components. Part III establishes the rules of certification in the system GOST R. The Regulation comprises 7 Annexes that contain the forms of certificates for obligatory certification of produce and service. The document consists of 37 pages.
