Abstract
State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Certification decrees to validate the Regulation. This document is obligatory for all the participants of the system of certification of chemical agents. This regulation can be used for voluntary certification of chemical agents. The Department of agricultural produce, food, light and chemical industry of the GOSSTANDART of Russia is the supreme supervising authority as regards the certification of chemical agents. In accordance with the Federal Legislation agricultural chemicals (fertilizers/nutrients) and pesticides are liable to the obligatory certification. The certificate must contain the reference number of state registration of a given pesticide or fertilizer authorized for use on the national territory, and the date of issue.
