The procedure of agricultural insurance with state support is extended to the objects of commodity aquaculture (commodity fish farming). The state support in agricultural insurance consists in granting subsidies to regions for partial reimbursement of producers' expenses for payment of insurance bonuses. Objects of insurance defined the property interests of the insured, beneficiaries, associated with the risk of loss (death) of fish, invertebrates and algae. Loss (destruction) is the loss of commercial aquaculture (commercial fishfarming) objects as a result of contagious diseases, mass poisonings; effects of hazardous natural phenomena; failure of electricity, heat, water supply due to natural disasters; fire.
