Abstract
The present Federal Law regulates relations originating from licensing of some types of activity and is aimed at the protection of consumers’ rights and human health. This Federal Law consists of 4 Chapters. Chapter 1 lays down the general provisions. Chapter 2 regards the modalities of carrying out licensing. Chapter 3 contains the list of activities subject to licensing. Chapter 4 is the conclusive part. The list of activities subject to licensing includes labelling of commodities, obligatory certification, projecting and planning of geological works, boring equipment, processing of grain and cereals, bread, bakery and macaroni food production, well sinking and boreholes, projecting, construction and exploitation of centralised systems of water supply services and drainage systems.
