Abstract
This Federal Law determines the legal basis for the application of state quality control and control over rational use of grain and its derivatives that are produced on the territory of the Russian Federation and are imported into it. The document consists of IV Sections that contain 15 Articles. Section I lays down the general provisions. Section II specifies the modalities of carrying out state quality control and control over rational use of grain and its derivatives. Section III establishes the rights and the duties of citizens and juridical persons that carry out the activity in the field of purchase, storage, trade of grain and its derivatives, and the activity as regards the production of grain derivatives. Section IV lays down the conclusive provisions.
