Abstract
Chief of State Grain Inspection orders to validate the Regulation. This Regulation determines the scope, the modalities of carrying out and registration of control arrangements as regards carrying out state control over quality and rational utilization of grain and its derivates. State control is carried out by State Grain Inspection attached to the Government and its territorial branches in accordance with normative legal acts validating its legal. The purpose of carrying out arrangements is the verification of compliance of juridical and physical persons in the process of their activity with the compulsory requirements as regards quality and rational utilization of grain and its derivates, established by federal laws and normative legal acts implementing them.
