Ministerial Decree No. 1447 regarding the validation of the Regulation on the modalities of forwarding declarations as regards rational use of grain.

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation in accordance with Annex 1 and the form of declaration in accordance with the Annex 2. This Regulation has been elaborated for the purpose of strengthening state control over rational use of grain destined for food industry and foraging, information of local administration as regards the functioning of grain market and its regulation. The declaration on rational use of grain is forwarded by citizens and juridical persons, except for producers of agricultural commodities, that have private enterprises in the field of storage and processing of grain, to the territorial branches of the State Grain Inspection.
