Abstract
This Federal Law establishes general legal and economic principles and regulations on the formation, distribution and fulfilment on contractual basis of state orders for purchase and delivery of agricultural commodities, raw materials and food by enterprises, organizations and institutions, situated on the national territory irrespectively of the form of property. The Law consists of 9 Articles. Article 1 introduces the main notions used in the text of this Federal Law. Article 2 regards securing state demand for agricultural commodities, raw materials and food. Article 3 deals with federal and regional stocks of agricultural commodities, raw materials and food. Article 4 determines state customers of agricultural commodities, raw materials and food for state needs. Article 5 establishes the modalities of the formation of the amount of purchase and delivery of agricultural commodities, raw materials and food for state needs. Article 6 regards the forms of settling for agricultural commodities, raw materials and food, purchased and delivered for state needs. Article 7 concerns incentives for state purchase and delivery of agricultural commodities, raw materials and food . Article 8 establishes liability for non-execution and improper execution of orders for state purchase and delivery of agricultural commodities, raw materials and food. Article 9 establishes the modalities of entry into force of this Federal Law.
