Abstract
This Regional Law establishes the legal basis for meeting regional needs in bread grain, fodder grain and seed grain owing to proper production and on the basis of maximum combination of the interests of regional producers and consumers. The document consists of VI Chapters that contain 15 Articles. Chapter I (art. 1) lays down general provisions. Chapter II (arts. 2-5) regards support for production and processing of grain. Chapter III (Arts.6-12) regards stock of grain, its formation and utilization. Chapter IV (Art.13) regards licensing of grain market. Chapter V (Art.14) deals with import of grain. Chapter VI (Art.15) deals with control over quality and utilization of grain.
