Regional Law No.570-OZ of 2000 “On amendments to the Regional Law “On grain”.

In the whole text of the Regional Law No.169-OZ of 1997 “On grain” the wording “regional stock of grain” must be substituted with the wording “regional public reserve of grain”. Part 2 of the Article 6 acquires a new wording “regulation on regional public reserve of grain must be validated by governor”, the wording “Regional administration” must be substituted with the wording “Governor of the Region”. Article 13 acquires a new wording “Activity dealing with purchase, purveyance, storage and trade of grain and its derivates must be carried out in accordance with licence issued according to modalities established by the Government of the Russian Federation.” Article 15 acquires a new wording “Control over quality and utilization of grain and its derivates is carried out by Regional branch of State Grain Inspection.”
