Abstract
The President decrees to make the following amendments: Article 12 acquires a new wording. It reads as follows: "Alcohol products with ethyl alcohol contents over 9% are subject to compulsory labelling in the following manner: 1). Alcohol products manufactured on the territory of the Russian Federation, except for alcohol products destined for export must be labelled with federal special stamps. 2). Alcohol products delivered (imported) to the customs territory of the Russian Federation are labelled with excise stamps. 3). Alcohol products manufactured on the territory of the Russian Federation and destined for retail trade is labelled with regional special stamps of the region on which territory they are sold. 4). Labelling of alcohol products with regional special stamps is carried out under condition of quality control of alcohol products. 5). Either labelling of different alcohol products or labelling of alcohol products with different stamps is not admitted."
