Abstract
The Government of the Leningrad Region, for the purpose of carrying out special protective measures as regards alcohol commodities destined for vending and carrying out state control over quality standards, safety standards, total volume of output and circulation of alcohol commodities on the territory of the Leningrad Region, decrees as follows: 1) To entitle state committee for control over price formation and circulation of alcohol commodities, tobaccos and other excisable commodities attached to the Government of the Leningrad Region with the task of manufacturing regional special stamps and labelling with them alcohol commodities, control over quality standards, safety standards, total volume of output and circulation of ethyl alcohol, alcohol commodities and spirituous liquors in the process of carrying out special protective measures. 2). To entitle the committee of food industry, processing industry and consumer market attached to the Government of the Leningrad Region with the task of control over technological processes and total volume of output of ethyl alcohol, alcohol commodities and spirituous liquors manufactured on the territory of the Leningrad Region. 3). To establish that regional special stamp of the Leningrad Region must be stuck on alcohol commodities after realization of special protective measures.
